Request for intervention
The Katimavik ombudsman provides final recourse that is confidential and free. Prior to contacting the ombudsman, you must have exhausted all other internal means available in the organization.
If you have attempted to find a solution by using informal means or other methods available but believe you have not been treated fairly and you remain unsatisfied, do not hesitate to contact the ombudsman:

To request an intervention, you must provide:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- An assessment of the situation for which you are asking the ombudsman to intervene
- Details of the steps you have taken in your attempt to resolve the situation
- The names, titles and contact information of the Katimavik representatives with whom you have been in contact
- Copies of all correspondence and documents pertinent to your request for intervention
