At all times, the Katimavik ombudsman provides the following to the Katimavik community:

  • Bilingual service

Ombudsman services are free and accessible to all members of the Katimavik community.

When the ombudsman cannot intervene in a file, he nevertheless provides those making a request with useful information and refers them to other resources likely to be able to assist them in their process.
